SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

Average Processing Times

  • 1-2 weeks (up to 14 calendar days) for orders to be processed from the date that they are placed.

  • Orders are not placed into queue to be completed until invoice payment is received

  • Shipping times are in addition to the 1-3 week processing time

High Volume Processing Times

Up to 3 weeks (up to 21 calendar days) for orders to be processed from the date that they are placed.

Order Types

Rush orders 

Rush Order Fee: $10.00

Order will be received no later than a week (up to 7 calendar days) after final payment is received

Same Day Pick Up Orders

Same Day Pick Up Fee: $15.00

Only applies to products that have less than a day turn-around time

Date Specific Orders

If the order needs to be received by a certain date, please mention this when placing the order.

If the date falls before a 1-2 week (14 calendar day) time frame, there will be no guarantee unless a rush fee is submitted.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Items Damaged While Shipping

If damage is done in the shipping process:

Owner will file a claim with the shipping carrier and begin the process of correcting the item

Cancellations

Canceled personalized orders will only receive 50% of payment, due to the personalized nature of the item.

Fee List

Design Services: $10.00

Rush Order: $10.00

Rush Order during high volume time frames: $25.00

Same Day Pick Up*: $15.00

Personalized Items/Confirmation

A proof will be sent for all personalized items to confirm before final work takes place.

There can be no edits/updates made after the proof has been confirmed.

Double-check spelling/grammar before submitting requests. Due to the personal nature of the products, we cannot take it upon ourselves to make these types of updates.
